Environmental Sector Skills Planning
During 2009-2010 the Department of Environment Affairs worked with a research and development team from Rhodes University, led by Prof Heila Lotz-Sisitka (pictured) to produce an Environmental Sector Skills Plan.
A summary document is now available. It provides guidelines for environmental sector skills planning to all sectors, and pointers towards a human capital development strategy for the environmental sector and the DEA specifically.
